I have watched many youtube videos about this server and i havent seen any summoners at mass PvP. Are they nerfed to the ground? For example Elemental Summoner should be great but nobody plays it.

if you play on the summoner and on another meta class, having the same online and gear, then on the meta class you will score at least x2 in pvp, and, accordingly, you will get a fan. The only reason to play the selfer is if your tastes are specific and you enjoy something other than the feeling of winning.
