Can we get some changes to lord of vampire? It's currently almost useless, 80% VR on regular hits for 30 seconds doesn't apply to anything in the game really. It could maybe be used with a titan? That's about it .
Maybe make it work with physical skill damage so you can give it to a dagger or a warlord in PvP, make it useful.
Alternativley, just change the skill all together to bring value from SE's in a pack - some ideas;
No longer gives VR, but restores 100% of targets HP over 3 seconds.
No longer gives VR, but gives target flat 15% damage for 15 seconds.
Now gives 40% Physical Skill VR for 20 seconds.
No longer gives VR, when taking damage your enemy loses target for 10 secomds (Similar to mirage)
.. Really anything but this physical normal attack VR, please. There are a thousand options to make it useful
