Update: Alternative entrances to castles.
Especially important on small castles (Gludio / Dion / Giran and Oren), due to the fact that the entrance to the caste is only through the main gate, it is very easy to defend, even for knives in the Hyde it is difficult to run (because of bows) to put a faction inside, therefore alternative entrances to the locks through the roof.
