We made Cancel skills in a very special way. It allows you to diversify your gameplay unlike many other servers where in order to fight cancel the developers just cut the chance to 0.001% triggering you when it's succesfully used and making you run up to buffer. We decided to make the following mechanics: All of cancel skills now abolish up to 5 random buffs with a good chance for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds are passed the buffs get back to you. Cancel skills are the following:
Touch of Death
Insane Crusher
Body Impale
Cancellation
Panther Cancel
Banes of summoners are NOT cancel skills. So, in order to fight them you will need to have Scrolls of acumen, empower, haste and wind walk. They don't have as much of a chance but still very relevant to use.
Warrior Bane
Mage Bane
Now, when pvp cancel doesn't trigger you that much. In my opinion, they're totally relevant.
